Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues dealing with various aspects of Boeing EnCore products including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, decorative and engineering/drawing.
• Rework all items determined unacceptable by airline customers or aircraft manufacturers as appropriate.
• Act as liaison and investigate problems after product delivery to customers or AC manufacturers.
• Works with Quality Assurance to provide feedback for issues discovered at receipt inspection and during product installation.
• Assists manufacturer as necessary during installation into aircraft.
• Logs customer concerns and feedback and communicates to appropriate counterparts in manufacturing, quality, program management and engineering.
• Follow all customer guidelines while onsite at the customer.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct or related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
