Field Service Representative – Greater Pennsylvania/Ohio Area

We’re seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support customers throughout the greater Pennsylvania and Ohio area. Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a field service or technical support role (6+ preferred).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and IT troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and travel extensively by car and air.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. for meetings, training, and regional support.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of optics or ophthalmic systems a plus — full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Visionix, Briot-Weco, and Optovue products.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to ensure peak system performance.
- Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and RMA returns in line with company standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and management.
- Maintain company-issued tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicles in top condition.
- Identify potential sales and workflow improvement opportunities.
- Support and train new FSRs, sharing your technical expertise.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
