We’re seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support customers throughout the greater Pennsylvania and Ohio area. Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a field service or technical support role (6+ preferred).
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and IT troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and travel extensively by car and air.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. for meetings, training, and regional support.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of optics or ophthalmic systems a plus — full training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Visionix, Briot-Weco, and Optovue products.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to ensure peak system performance.
  • Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and RMA returns in line with company standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and management.
  • Maintain company-issued tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicles in top condition.
  • Identify potential sales and workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Support and train new FSRs, sharing your technical expertise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
