About The Position

French Consulting is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide complex, non-medical case management and resource coordination for service members. You'll leverage your VA benefits expertise and understanding of TDRL/PDRL systems to help Marines and their families access the support they've earned—and your work will contribute to real-world impact for those who serve. This position is an excellent fit for a military spouse, veteran, or someone with first-hand experience supporting military life, offering both professional fulfillment and the opportunity to work independently while serving the Marine Corps community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of experience working with the federal government and three (3) years of experience in non-medical case management and/or resource allocation
  • Knowledge of VA benefits programs, eligibility, and application processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of TDRL and PDRL systems
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% throughout the region

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive non-medical case management services to service members and their families.
  • Coordinate resources across military, federal, and community support systems.
  • Monitor case progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and track outcomes.
  • Guide service members through complex benefits applications, appeals, and transitions.
  • Provide consultation on eligibility requirements, timelines, and documentation needed for various benefit programs.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure they receive all entitled benefits and services.
  • Stay current on changes to federal benefits policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, VA facilities, and community organizations.
  • Connect clients with healthcare, financial, educational, employment, and social support resources.
  • Track resource utilization and program effectiveness.
  • Work autonomously to manage a caseload while maintaining quality standards.
  • Travel 20-30% to military installations, VA facilities, and client locations throughout the region.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, participate in installation events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization professionally at meetings, conferences, and outreach activities.
