As a Field Service Representative, you will leverage your technical, electrical, and mechanical skills to assist customers with Stiles' machinery and equipment. Your role will involve installing, troubleshooting, educating, and providing maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to travel, as you will be the go-to person for resolving equipment issues and enhancing operational efficiency. In this role, you will perform installation and start-up services, provide operation instruction on all equipment, and maintain positive relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for training customers and other Field Service Representatives on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment. Additionally, you will maintain demo equipment and assist in customer presentations and demonstrations, ensuring that you stay updated on the latest installation and maintenance procedures.
