A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is essential, along with hands-on experience using a database program. This allows the candidate to manage data accurately, communicate effectively, and support operational efficiency. In addition, the candidate should have experience reading water meters, ensuring accurate data collection, and a thorough understanding of water utility systems.
