This position plays a crucial role in supporting our distributors, dealers, and contractors by managing day-to-day customer relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for product merchandising, conducting product demonstrations, and leading training sessions to ensure our partners are well-equipped to represent our products effectively. This role is pivotal in maintaining display standards and delivering samples and marketing materials to our dealers, thereby enhancing our brand presence in the market. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Support Specialist will also be tasked with developing a territory coverage plan in collaboration with the RSM and the sales team. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to manage time effectively, as it involves occasional work outside of normal business hours. The role will also require travel to various locations, utilizing personal vehicles or plane travel to support the sales team and ensure that our products are showcased effectively.
