Provide insightful feedback and data on recurrent issues to enhance customer service and performance Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly and professionally to inquiries from the Builder organization Foster and maintain positive customer relationships by actively gathering feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing improvements Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to address customer needs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently Regularly generate detailed and analytical service reports Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to fulfill customer needs Assess customer requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations Establish trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Technical education, certifications, or related experience are preferred
  • A strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and the ability to read blueprints are essential
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferable: 5+ years of building erection experience 5+ years in the PEMB industry, particularly in drafting or engineering tasks 5+ years in PEMB manufacturing 5+ years in Field Service or Customer Service roles
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Excel, Word, and Oracle, is required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • The ability to travel periodically (approximately 10%) for on-site visits
