Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment. This remote role is based in St. John's, Newfoundland (candidates in the surrounding areas and surrounding communities of Corner Brook, Newfoundland will also be considered). As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems Controlling and completing electronic documentation Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support This position may suit you best if what is below sounds familiar and appealing to you, in addition to wanting to develop your career with Healthineers. Requirements

• Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
• Solid computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for onsite customer support and training purposes (without restrictions)
• Must have a valid passport

• Field service experience in the medical technology sector is an asset
