Come and join our global team as a Field Service Representative (Lab Diagnostics) working with our hospital diagnostic laboratory equipment, reporting to the Regional Service Manager, this role will execute all service activities assigned in an adequate and appropriate manner. This is a remote role, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba requiring extensive travel to support our customer needs. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) you will be responsible for: Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Lab Diagnostic equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. Delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. Company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. Requirements

  • Biomedical Technology/Electronics or Electrical Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years technical field service experience needed
  • Strong mechanical and technical ability and experience
  • Solid computer skills with understanding of IT and Networking
  • Consistent customer-centric mindset
  • Organization, prioritization, and time management mastery
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have valid passport
  • Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
