The position addresses construction service and product issues at the customer’s site to ensure that customer complaints regarding quality and reliability are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively. The role involves providing training and guidance to less experienced Field Service Representatives. It also includes investigating and examining the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer’s site at all stages of construction based on concerns raised by the customer, and reporting back to the Customer Service team on findings. Additionally, the position requires recommending replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as well as negotiating and approving third-party repair or adjustment and inspecting completed work for quality adherence.
