Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• One (1) year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

• Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Responsibilities

• Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, by providing superior customer service with customer-centric solutions.
• Prepare medical device equipment, including cleaning and disinfecting, and process disposables and documentation for delivery.
• Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
• Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel.
