About The Position

This is a MH-60R Avionics/Electrical Field Service Representative (FSR) position based in Jacksonville, Florida. The FSR will be responsible for providing MH-60R Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level avionics and electrical technical support for the US Navy. The role includes providing on-the-job training in maintenance and operation techniques relevant to the repair of the aircraft and equipment, including associated test equipment, with special attention given to adjustment, calibration, troubleshooting, bench check routine maintenance, and inspection methods. The FSR will also serve as a liaison to Sikorsky Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) for the exchange of information relative to the maintenance of the aircraft, ensuring rapid response to operator readiness requirements. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience maintaining or supporting avionics and electrical systems associated with the Sikorsky MH-60R aircraft.

Requirements

  • Extensive avionics and electrical systems experience maintaining Sikorsky MH-60R aircraft.
  • Willingness to provide On Call support 24/7.
  • Capability of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.
  • Possession and capability of maintaining a Secret Level security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel in support of customer requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience maintaining or supporting avionics and electrical systems associated with the Sikorsky MH-60R aircraft.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Federal Communication Commission (FCC) certification.
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering related field.
  • Master Training Specialist certification.
  • US Military Quality/Production Control experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide MH-60R Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level avionics and electrical technical support for the US Navy.
  • Provide on-the-job training in maintenance and operation techniques relevant to the repair of the aircraft and equipment.
  • Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment.
  • Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems.
  • Submit written reports to Sikorsky RMS management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain full awareness of local professional rules customs associated with US Navy.
  • Review all technical reports for accuracy and submit to program and management.
