About The Position

Nightwing is seeking a highly capable and mission driven Field Service Professional with a primary base at our Springfield location, but with extensive domestic and international travel required. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile specialist to deliver hands-on instruction and technical training across multiple construction and facilities trades. This role supports training both domestically and internationally and requires a long-term commitment to program continuity and quality delivery. The Field Service Professional is responsible for building practical skills and self-sufficiency by teaching real-world masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC trades. The successful applicant is a seasoned trades professional with instructional ability, strong adaptability, the desire to learn new things, and the willingness to support overseas assignments. This position requires maturity, professionalism, and a strong sense of mission. This role also includes developing and improving training curriculum, staying current on emerging trade equipment and techniques, and maintaining the training facility, tools, and materials needed for successful instruction.
