Field Service Plumber
About The Position
Following is a description for our open position of Experienced Field Service Plumber in Monroe, NY – Pay Range varies greatly depending upon experience and skill level, at $25-$35/hr. Field Service Plumber Job Responsibilities: - Service, Install, Maintain and/or Repair Plumbing issues for both residential and commercial customers as needed. - Diagnose diverse service issues, determine any replacement parts required, and be able to fully explain issues to customer and what is needed to resolve. - Be available to work night and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers. Obtain approval from Dispatch for any scheduling changes to the on-call schedule. Required Skills: - Solid experience in field service, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diverse Plumbing issues in an efficient and professional manner. - Well groomed, neat appearance. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record / Valid Social Security number / Drug Screen / Clean Background Specific Trade Skills/Requirements: Must have own set of Tools of the Trade Toilet/Faucet/Shower head/Tub spout Repair Diagnostics and replacements Pipe Issue Repair Diagnostics and Replacement Hot Water Heater Repair Diagnostics and Replacements, including tankless & indirect Waste Line / Overflow issue diagnostics and repair Water Service Rebuilds Waste Installs (Sink Drains/Island Vents) Full Kitchen/bath Sink Hook-ups Shower Valve Replacement Dishwasher Hook-up/Installs Washer/Dryer Hook-up/Installs Hose Bib Replacements Replacement of Gas Shut Valve or Cap Install Ice maker Lines Backflow replacement/install Water Softener diagnostics/installation Boiler repair diagnostics/installation Flush Valve diagnostics/installation Heat Line Repairs/Replacement EXPERIENCE ON SERVICE TITAN SOFTWARE A HUGE PLUS Benefits: Robust benefits package Paid time off Overtime available Company Vehicle / Gas Card Uniforms
Requirements
- Solid experience in field service, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diverse Plumbing issues in an efficient and professional manner.
