Do you have experience scheduling and managing field service technicians—like in telecom, cable, or broadband—and want to apply those skills in a growing healthcare technology company? We’re looking for a Field Service Operations Coordinator to join our Government Services team and oversee the coordination of in-home medical alert device installations. In this role, you’ll work closely with third-party technicians, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality installations. If you’ve ever been a dispatcher, service coordinator, or field operations specialist managing residential tech visits, this role is for you.
