Our Field Service Technicians will work closely in the field with seasoned technicians to gain knowledge in all aspects of industrial weighing equipment with testing, repairing, calibrating, installations, industrial processes and more. To perform this job successfully, individuals should have the qualifications as listed. We are a diverse company providing systems integrations, field service and turn-key installations of Process Automation Systems, Industrial Weighing Equipment, and Process Instrumentation. Requirements

• Basic understanding of 120VAC wiring and/or DC signal wiring
• Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Offer exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
• Able to bend, crawl, and lift 50 lb. for extended periods of time in a safe manner
• Maintain a valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

• Previous field service background a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of field services including: installation, calibration, and maintenance of customer equipment
• Accurately record and maintain testing data in accordance with defined standards
• Ability to mechanically and electrically troubleshoot, identify, and diagnose malfunctions and repair weighing equipment.
• Communicate findings and solutions to customers while establishing positive relationships
• Maintain an efficient work schedule keeping our customers informed on scheduled service
