We’re looking for a Field Service Manager ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll oversee service delivery across 20-40 multifamily communities, manage contractor performance, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.   • Oversee Field Service Operations: Manage daily service projects across assigned communities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Manage Contractors: Recruit, onboard, and supervise independent contractors to meet service expectations and quality standards.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong connections with property managers and site staff, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly.
  • Monitor Service Quality: Conduct regular property visits, perform quality checks, and address service concerns proactively.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Assist with service proposals, bidding new work, and identifying additional service opportunities.
  • Promote Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT teams to support seamless service delivery.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Track service completion, contractor performance, and client communications in Salesforce.
  • Experience: 5+ years in field service management, construction, or multi-site operations. Customer service and people management experience preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Problem Solver: Strong project management, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required, with the ability to operate a company-provided vehicle.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., walk properties (including stairs), and work in varying weather conditions.
