About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Field Services Manager for a full time role. This role will require traveling to client sites to support installation, maintenance, and repairs. Travel can be up to 75% at times.

Requirements

Minimum of Five (5) years managing Medium & High Voltage switchgear projects for OEM, Electric Utilities, etc...

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in engineering, supply chain, or business from an accredited university. (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage the Switchgear Product Execution PMO department
Provide tactical guidance and strategic leadership to the project management team executing all switchgear product orders including Gas Circuit Breakers, MV GIS and HV GIS
Create process flow mapping to ensure consistency of execution across PM’s
Responsible for revenue and margin goals for department
Advise senior leadership on staffing requirements with future backlog
Ensure continuous improvement feedback loop
Travel to customer and project sites as required
Develop and evaluate current team of five project managers and coordinators
Project budgetary performance of contractual scope of work obligations
Submit and schedule performance per contract and communication to customer stakeholders
Initial point of contact for all Warranty claims
Responsible for estimating costs for services with support from HICO Procurement
Support review of final bid package as requested
Attend project site and alliance meetings with customers as directed
