The Field Service Manager manages profit and loss of regional service organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital requests. This role is responsible for developing, staffing, training, and implementing the technical and operational support to complete all aspects of field projects necessary to meet fulfill contract requirements and assure complete customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for the supporting the development of customer relationships and sales opportunities within the given service region.
