About The Position

Oversee supervisors, leads, technicians, equipment, and materials to meet both daily production and long -term business goals in an electrical field service group. This is a highly visible position, offering the opportunity to shape the future success and growth of the organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical, Business or related technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in general management or operations in the power distribution industry highly preferred
• 5+ years of electrical testing experience or power generation services highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial self -starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects, delegating when appropriate
• Demonstrated technical acumen to manage complex field service business with diverse customer segments and multiple product lines

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience managing operational improvement or efficiency projects a plus
• Prefer NETA level 2, 3 or 4 certification
