The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing, setting up, and calibrating fountain equipment at various customer locations. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements

2+ years of general plumbing or technical experience required
At least 18yrs old
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
Basic proficiency with computer applications
Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
Must have the ability to maneuver equipment in order to perform services
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Nice To Haves

Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
1+ years of refrigeration / HVAC experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment while adhering to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
Test equipment functionality and perform troubleshooting as needed
Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately
Provide quality customer service
Maintain clean and safe work area at all time
Calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation and optimal beverage quality
Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer locations.
