About The Position

As a Field Service First Line Manager in our Electronic Monitoring Service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues who deliver essential monitoring services that help keep communities safe. You’ll lead a team that makes a clear and positive impact every day. Your work will help improve service quality, strengthen operational consistency, and support better outcomes for people and communities who rely on us.

Requirements

  • A recognised management qualification
  • Experience leading people in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capability in performance management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a results-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support colleagues to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed and contract compliance is maintained
  • Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, quality, and service-level performance
  • Promote a positive team culture aligned to the Serco Leadership Standard
  • Support the Area Manager and provide effective cover when required
