About The Position
The Field Service Engineer position at Komax Corporation involves providing accurate and timely phone support, setting up, installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on Komax machines both in-house and at customer sites. The role requires completing and providing all necessary documentation to customers, sales, and service supervisors, and maintaining customer and unit history on the CRM database. The engineer must also ensure that interactions with customers and sales are entered into the CRM in a clear and concise format, maintain a neat and organized work environment, and communicate with other departments when their equipment is needed. Note that relocation is not provided.
