Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of todays and tomorrow’s power grid! We are seeking a dynamic and experience leader to manage our Field Service Engineering Development Program for the Customer Services business segment. This role will help develop and continuously improve the program for recent engineering graduates. The goal of this program is to provide entry level service engineers with both classroom and field training, so they are prepared to service our extensive product portfolio. As the CS EDP Manager, you will own the program’s success – refining its curriculum, recruiting top talent, and providing mentorship that helps participants build meaningful careers in field service. This position is a hybrid role based in Wendell, NC.
