The Field Service Engineer Level 3 at ZEISS is a customer-facing role responsible for the service and maintenance of Research Microscopy equipment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and excellent time management to ensure customer satisfaction and rapid resolution of technical issues. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and must have a thorough understanding of ZEISS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service processes.
