As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping our reusable packaging systems running at peak performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple assignments, and travel frequently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and reporting software.
  • A mindset for safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service and support to Tosca customers, both on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, systems, and packaging solutions.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to implement process improvements.
  • Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Train customer staff on proper equipment use, care, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.
