About The Position

Are you a skilled Biomedical Technician with a passion for medical imaging technology? Do you have experience working with mobile fluoroscopy C-arms? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Imaging Field Service Biomed Technician with expertise in mobile fluoroscopy C-arms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various imaging and biomed equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background in biomedical equipment, particularly in the field of medical imaging.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Biomedical Technician, with a focus on medical imaging equipment.
Strong expertise in mobile fluoroscopy C-arm systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues in medical equipment.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, NEMA).
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and commission mobile fluoroscopy C-arm systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled service procedures on C-arm equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with C-arm systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and software.
Conduct repairs and component replacements as needed to restore equipment functionality.
Collaborate with other service technicians and biomedical engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide technical support and training to customers and clinical staff on the proper use and maintenance of C-arm equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts inventory, and equipment history.
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in medical imaging equipment.
