About The Position

CNC Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer required to join a supplier of CNC machines. CNC Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer Responsibilities Meet with customers to service and maintain a range of CNC machines. Deliver after-sales technical support by training clients, installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and upgrading CNC machinery and related systems. Coordinate and execute installation, maintenance, and enhancement tasks, while investigating and resolving customer-reported technical issues to minimize future downtime. Inspect CNC machine tools and components, speaking with operators to pinpoint problems and determine the cause of the fault. Analyze technical information to identify root causes, implement repairs or improvements, and relay findings to senior management. CNC Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer Requirements: A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is advantageous. Previous experience servicing and maintaining CNC machinery or machine tools. Work autonomously while prioritizing and completing multiple responsibilities. Located in California and willing to travel to customers across the West region.
