In support of the Company’s primary and single most important objective, which is TO GET AND KEEP PROFITABLE CUSTOMERS, The Field Service Engineer is a key technical role responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of medium to large-scale industrial water treatment equipment projects. This individual will ensure that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the client and manufacturers. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to timelines is essential for the role. The engineer will work closely with project managers, design engineers, and construction teams to coordinate and execute commissioning activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to operations staff. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support.
