The Field Service Engineer provides repair and maintenance support for telecommunication systems, including performing moves, add and changes (MAC). This individual will report onsite daily at the customer’s facility to ensure reliable operations of voice infrastructure. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service. This individual must be highly technical and able to use logic and decision-making to effectively troubleshoot problems. The Field Service Engineer must be well versed in telecommunications systems such as IP PBX Equipment, off the shelf server platforms, Operating Systems and systems software administration.
