About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer who is enthusiastic about traveling both nationally and internationally to support our operations. This role offers a long-term opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the company. We are looking for entry level candidates with a degree in electrical engineering or electro-mechanical technology, who have hands on experience in internships and projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to travel extensively, sometimes for extended periods.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Basic electrical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous field service experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with fluid delivery systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mechanical hobbies or hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide field service support for company machinery, traveling nationally and internationally as required.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize AC/DC, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
Maintain excellent customer service standards while interacting with clients.
Work with PLCs to troubleshoot, wire machines, and handle components such as solenoids, valves, and piping.
