About The Position

Field Service Engineer Service Responsibilities: Responsible for?the following devices: CT, MRI, PET,SPECT Experience in the medical imaging field preferred. Performs scheduled maintenance and operation verification procedures on complex medical imaging equipment Repairs, installs and calibrates complex medical imaging equipment devices and systems Informs managers of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations and any customer concerns Performs periodic inspections of current inventory status and maintains inventory of common failure parts to ensure equipment uptime Works with, directs and documents the activities of subcontractors, vendors and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A.S. Degree from an accredited school in electronics?or DOD certification or equivalent experience. 3-7?years working with Diagnostic Imaging Medical Equipment- MR, CT, PET or SPECT Experience working in medical facilities in a professional manner Ability to perform orderly and efficient work while adhering to medical facility policy Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
