About The Position

Full-time Field Service Engineer, multiple position available, to provide on demand technical support to customers including afterhours phone support; assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment; perform scheduled preventative maintenance that includes calibrations and verifications of system specifications; learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment in order to perform preventative maintenance on machines; accurately document all service activities in accordance with the Company Quality Standards; submit field service reports timely and according to functional standards; communicate with account manager on services; build a working bond between the customer and the company by being a helpful resource and asset to our customers that they service and manage and maintain company assets required to perform all necessary job functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer required
  • Education or work background must have included technical background and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
  • experience with CT/MRI
  • servicing and troubleshooting MRI and CT systems
  • knowledge of Siemens, GE and Phillips systems
  • Background screen required
  • Travel to client sites in the southeast
  • Remote work possible within southeast region
