We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Field Service Engineer.
The role:
As the Field Service Engineer, you will provide excellent face-to-face customer service to our customers whilst promoting our market leading products and services. You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre- and post-sale customer relationships, being the link between our production facility and our long-standing customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 or more years hands on experience
• Knowledge of Electrical Schematics, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, MS Suite, Programming is plus
• Great aptitude and attitude
• Works well alone and as part of a great team

Responsibilities

• Work with the Service Engineering department to commission and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve system functions in-house
• Responsible for reading and following electrical schematics
• Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) in-house
• Update documentation

• Base Salary: $70,000- $80,000 per year depending on experience.
