As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning UPS, batteries and PDU at a specified customer site following predetermined script. Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers. Keep current on Safety Field Change Notices and Service Tips.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in this field and ability to follow MOPS on equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDUs / Power Distribution Units, Static Automatic Transfer Switches, Branch Circuit Monitoring, and other electrical equipment.
• Working knowledge of OHM's law and electronic theory.
• 3 phase/480v experience required.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to evaluate the operating conditions of equipment.
• Standard computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Self-motivation to manage one's own schedule.

Responsibilities
