Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by performing on-site installations.
  • Manage all aspects of system diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for complex equipment and systems.
  • Ensure operational quality by inspecting and approving system performance.
  • Train customers on system operation and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for both technical and administrative matters related to assigned projects.
  • Interpret customer needs and determine whether issue resolution should involve sales personnel, customer support representatives, or engineers.
  • Support all facets of field support, including system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
