The Field Service Engineer at Brooks Automation is responsible for providing complex customer support through the installation, modification, repair, and preventive maintenance of automation equipment and systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and independent judgment to ensure equipment operates effectively and meets customer satisfaction. The engineer will also lead and mentor other service engineers, participate in customer meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
