The Field Service Engineer (Sacramento / San Francisco) will be responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence. This role requires exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, ensuring compliance with field service technical standards, and monitoring field service policies and procedures. The position requires travel on short notice, with overnight travel depending on service region requirements. Service is provided Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., occasionally requiring extended workdays.
