Arconic is currently in search of a Field Service Engineer to join our Quality Assurance organization serving our customers in Michigan and Ohio. Responsibilities

  • Provide connection between the customer and the plant in claims support, technical problem solving, and improvement projects.
  • Interact with various multi-discipline customers, sales and marketing, and manufacturing.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, sales and marketing team, and production to solve quality problems.
  • Participate in kaizens and develop relationships.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure they are understood and adhered to at operations and customer facilities.
  • Train customers in the fundamentals of aluminum, quality requirements, and fabricating practices.
  • Oversee customer support for quality issues and technical problem solving.
