Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers' test equipment assets used with Keysight calibration SW
• Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies
• Provide advice to customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, and test ETE configurations for best operational results
• Provide assistance to customer to evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required
• Understand, and utilize all Keysight software based calibration platforms
• Train customer technicians and provide support for Keysight calibration software (STE & TME)
