The technician will enhance account profitability through efficient service execution and by identifying revenue opportunities such as billable work, consumables, and service leads. Additionally, the technician will maintain assigned assets, including tools, test equipment, telecommunication equipment, and service parts inventory. The role also includes enhancing PerkinElmer's product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunities via the quality notification process. Participation in company-sponsored training and development offerings is expected, along with completing all administrative tasks, including time reporting and assigned training. The technician must maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental, and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.
