As a Field Service Engineer I, you will be responsible for Toxic Gas Monitoring Systems (TGMS) equipment installations and service within the Honeywell Industrial Safety business unit, Gas Detection business. You will provide both preventive and reactive service response based on established process, controls, and team workflow. You will not only maintain current equipment to manufacturer standards but will be a part of commissioning new equipment as needed. You will represent Honeywell and will interact with several contacts within our Customer's organization including end-users. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field service and product development. You will support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders. You will report to our customer site located in Chandler, AZ at the Intel Ocotillo facility. In addition, you must be available to travel 10% of the time, as needed.
