The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing daily onsite support to customers using CDI Laser Engraving Equipment (Digital Flexo). This includes performing service, repairs, and installations of products or IT solutions, as well as conducting electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts. The role requires diagnosing system failures, implementing the most cost-effective solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of technical support or the quality reporting system. This position is remote and will be located in Dallas, TX.
