About The Position
Field Service Engineer - Conveyor Systems Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC) Join Honeywell Intelligrated – a global leader in warehouse automation and material handling solutions. We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer II to provide top-tier support to our customers’ distribution centers. You’ll travel extensively (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)
- Provide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
- Use your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.
- Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.
- Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.
- Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Travel up to 95% in the Southeast region, and nationwide on occasion.
