About The Position

The Field Service Dispatcher at Reynolds and Reynolds is responsible for efficiently dispatching Field Service Technicians to customer sites to address system problems. This role involves managing a high volume of calls from customers and technicians, processing parts and supply orders, and participating in departmental projects such as paperwork management and auditing orders. The position requires on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, approximately one week per month.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Friendly and positive demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to be on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Field Service Technicians to customer sites for system issues.
