About The Position
Peterson Cat has the immediate need for an experienced Field Service Dispatcher at our San Leandro, CA location. This position is responsible for coordinating the assignments of service technicians and materials to accomplish repairs done in the field and administration of related paperwork. The role includes answering phone calls from customers, accurately opening work orders, checking warranty information, collecting payments, maintaining technician logs, and being on call for after-hours emergencies. The dispatcher will also review timecards, coordinate safety meetings, and assist technicians with parts and tooling.
