About The Position
As a Field Service Dispatcher at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching Field Service Technicians to customer sites to address system problems. This role involves managing a high volume of calls from customers and technicians, processing parts and supply orders, and participating in departmental projects such as paperwork management and auditing orders. The position requires on-call responsibilities after business hours, approximately one week per month.
