Serving clients in Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming and northwestern New Mexico with top-of-the-line multifunction copiers, wide format printers, phone systems and managed network solutions. Our 42+ year history is rooted in the desire to be regarded as a service-oriented company that maintains quality client support as the core of our business! Join our team as a Field Service Technician performing field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for new and long-term customers. Your territory includes the Grand Island area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed. What we offer: We support our Field Service Technicians both inside and outside of the office and strive to provide a healthy work/life balance. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm!
Requirements
- Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide solutions
- Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues with copiers and printers in professional office environments
- Working within a team of supportive professionals
- Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner
- Driving a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts required to be effective at your job
