As a Field Service Coordinator at Locks and Unlock, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of field service activities. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to submissions and online inquiries, manage phone calls, and provide quick quotes to clients. You will be tasked with entering work orders into our CRM system and preparing daily work schedules and routes for our field technicians. Dispatching field techs, vehicles, equipment, and parts to appropriate locations based on schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs will be a key part of your role. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to liaise internally and with customers to resolve any problems and fulfill requests for services. You will also provide general office support to managers, Team Leads, and service technicians, which includes inputting data into weekly and monthly reports and presenting feedback to management regarding open orders. Additionally, you will create new accounts in the CRM and submit requests for account edits or updates as necessary. Your role will also involve coordinating with other internal departments concerning the shipment and return of parts, delivery dates, order statuses, invoices, and assistance from finance with customer accounts. Managing your workflow within assigned tasks daily, weekly, and monthly is crucial to ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed accurately. You will conduct service follow-ups by calling customers to inquire about their service experience, address any issues, and schedule future service visits. Other duties may be assigned or directed by management as needed.
