About The Position

Century Cabinets is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support our operations team by managing installation schedules, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer or client-facing experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong service mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in construction, logistics, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain installation and customer schedules across multiple locations
  • Manage and track due dates within the ERP system
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to manage orders
  • Schedule field labor by communicating with installers, builders, superintendents, and homeowners
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve field-related issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as needed
